(ultimate, disc golf, etc) in the Prince George community.

ULTIMATE (also known as Ultimate Frisbee) is a co-ed, non-contact, self-officiated team
sport where competitive play is encouraged, but never above sportsmanship and having fun.
Ultimate is played by passing a flying disc (Frisbee), down a rectanular field to score a
point in an opponent's end zone. Ultimate combines the non-stop movement and athletic
endurance of soccer with the aerial passing skills of football and the fast break transitions
of basketball.
